Accutemp was pleasant to work with; they were able to schedule the install fairly promptly despite being the busy season, and got it done in a day. Since then the heat pump has functioned very well, keeping a large upper storey room cool on hot evenings. They were also very prompt and accommodating in dealing with a permit issue that arose from the subcontractor, making it as painless as possible. We're extremely pleased with the service visit conducted by Daniel. We purchased our house 10 months ago and noticed that the heat pump seemed to struggle in both heat and AC modes, but wondered if the 17 year old system simply wasn't as good as the new heat pump in our previous house. He inspected the system, caught three issues, and cleaned the filters. It is now quieter and more effective. Well worth the service call. Daniel was also personable. In the six years, I’ve lived in my home. I’ve had issues with my air-conditioning. It has never worked properly. I’ve had multiple technicians look at it and tell me it was fine. We had Daniel N l. come by to do our regular maintenance. He found the problem that no other technician had found. My air-conditioning is now working better than it ever has. She managed to open my HRV system and took the time to explain the mechanics of the coil box,showed me how to open the cover ,turn off the system in order to remove the filters.

Let's face it,nobody wants to buy a new air handler and heat pump! I know I didn't.
I called around to several suppliers and was surprised how many were disinterested or couldn't bo bothered to call back.
When I called accutem something seemed different.
They immediately understood what my issue was, arranged for someone to come by and assess the situation. He arrived on time to the minute, sent three different estimates based on price and quality of product as well as a quote on repairing existing system.
When the decision  was made they gave me time when they would arrive to do the removal and how long it would take to complete the install. The crew was polite,well organized and left the place as clean as they found it.
They said what they would do and did what they said and on time.

We came home from vacation to a stone cold house. The heat pump was off as well as aux heat. I called at 0800 the next day and one of their journeymen, Daniel Neuman arrived around noon. Within an a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the issue and had the heat pump back running. He clearly knows his job and is also a very gracious young man. I can't recommend him highly enough.
