The first crew did a great job of removing our old oil furnace along with our old oil tank. I was amazed at the short time it took for them to drain the oil tank and remove along with old furnace. The next crew did an excellent job too installing the new heat pump along with the furnace system. Very professional, efficient and left the house very tidy. Before leaving they explained the simplicity of operating the controls. My overall experience was nothing but exceptional from the start when Jason Trivino came to my house to do an inspection of what would be needed. The quote he prepared was very professionally detailed and any further questions I had were answered quickly with a phone call to him. While doing that, the technician (Heather) diagnosed a loud noise coming from the blower motor, and made arrangements to have that motor replaced under warranty. That repair was done within 1 week. Fortunately for me, I went to Accutemp for assistance with a heat pump problem.  I went into the office and met with Dennis, the Service Manager.  Dennis listened to my concerns and made a next day appointment to come and assess the Heat Pump.  He showed up right on time and immediately identified the problem.  It was so easy dealing with this issue.  This company provides honest, and accurate workmanship.  I am so impressed with a company that follows through and does what they say they are going to do.
