I would like to thank Accutemp for the excellent service we received in the installation of our new Heat Pump System. The first crew did a great job of removing our old oil furnace along with our old oil tank. I was amazed at the short time it took for them to drain the oil tank and remove along with old furnace. The next crew did an excellent job too installing the new heat pump along with the furnace system. Very professional, efficient and left the house very tidy. Before leaving they explained the simplicity of operating the controls. My overall experience was nothing but exceptional from the start when Jason Trivino came to my house to do an inspection of what would be needed. The quote he prepared was very professionally detailed and any further questions I had were answered quickly with a phone call to him. We had Accutemp install a heat pump in our home last spring based on a recommendation from friends who had used the company. We had AccuTemp recently do the annual service on out Samsung heat pump. While doing that, the technician (Heather) diagnosed a loud noise coming from the blower motor, and made arrangements to have that motor replaced under warranty. That repair was done within 1 week. We are extremely pleased with the response and repair performed by Heather. She was prompt and efficient and we are very impressed. We can heartily recommend AccuTemp to our friends and family. As a senior, on a fixed income ,I am often very cautious when seeking professional help around the home.  Fortunately for me, I went to Accutemp for assistance with a heat pump problem.  I went into the office and met with Dennis, the Service Manager.  Dennis listened to my concerns and made a next day appointment to come and assess the Heat Pump.  He showed up right on time and immediately identified the problem.  It was so easy dealing with this issue.  This company provides honest, and accurate workmanship.  I am so impressed with a company that follows through and does what they say they are going to do. If you need service for any HVAC issues, I highly recommend this company,  Please give them a try.
